The file system browser now shows file details such as size, type, modification time and access permissions. Virtual file systems provided by plugins can add their own columns to the view.

The favorites list can now contain files, and a new Utilities>Favorites menu allows accessing favorites without having to open the file system browser first.

File name completion in file dialog boxes has been greatly improved. It is now possible to navigate around the file system quite comfortably without using the mouse.
